The location was good. It was near many shops and restaurants.
The welcome was not good. we arrived late and were told we'd missed food and drink by just a few minutes. There was no offer of even a bottle of water. also, the pool closed too early, at 6pm.

I spent four days at this hotel and found a lot to like. The food was very good with ample selections. The staff were friendly and always ready to help (especially Bruna!).
The snacks weren't great and there was a small selection. I found that the maintenance was a little poor. I noticed the light fitting was hanging down (it needed some fixing).

The location was close to the airport and not too far from a decent beach.
The pool closed too early at 6 p.m., this seemed really strange. Our room was not cleaned properly. The staff only emptied the trash. There was no refill of tea, coffee, or toilet paper.

the location is amazing, very close to the airport. there is a grocery store right next to the hotel. the beach is also close. the hotel has one large pool and a smaller pool for children. there is also another smaller pool.
the wifi did not reach the room very well.

the dining room is large with beautifully landscaped surroundings. two pools provide ample space, alongside a pool bar with snacks. the grounds feature palms, lawns, and a garden. the room standard was high, well maintained, and very clean.

Lovely Stay with Fantastic Staff

The staff helped us book a boat cruise after our travel agent cancelled. Food was available all day so that was convenient. The cats at the hotel were friendly I liked that.
The shower was sometimes freezing cold and then suddenly scalding hot.

There are two pools. One is on the side of the hotel and is quieter with fewer people. One of the ladies' toilets by the pool was out of order during my whole stay. That was inconvenient.

The hotel is located in Kalamaki, a great area near a beautiful beach with clear water. It is easy to walk to the main strip where many bars and restaurants are located.
